This is a permanent full-time role (40 hours/week) in their Mount Maunganui Head Office, where you will be part of an experienced and dedicated Sales/Marketing Team. Because you’ll be liaising with many people in and outside your department, your role will be mainly based in the office, but some flexibility and working from home on occasion is part of the culture.

Your responsibilities will include…

  • Collaborating with the sales team to facilitate day-to-day activities.
  • Assisting in creating & maintaining sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
  • Coordinating with various departments to ensure timely order processing and fulfilment.
  • Maintaining and updating the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Generating sales reports and analysing data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Assist in forecasting and tracking sales performance.
  • Serving as a point of contact for customer inquiries and support.
  • Addressing customer issues and providing solutions or escalating to appropriate team members.
  • Assisting with administrative duties.
  • Helping with organising, and participating in sales events, exhibitions etc.

We will be looking for a self-motivated professional with the ability to multi-task and a belief in doing the job safely. You will also need to demonstrate an organised and forward-thinking work style and be a real team player.

The following skills and experience are required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in sales or customer service
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ideally experience with an ERP software
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Communicate effectively and work well with everyone
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
  • Positive work attitude and willingness to help out and learn
