Owner and Director, Claudia took over the business mid 2010 with the intention to provide local businesses with a range of recruiting and HR services that suit their situation,and are of affordable and of lasting value.

Previous to the rightstaff Claudia was a business coach/consultant working alongside Owners and Managers of Small to Medium sized Businesses.

Claudia has worked with teams of clients throughout many different industries and has conducted staff engagement surveys, personal profiling, implemented review processes, designed company and role structure as well as recruited many key roles.

Further in the past, Claudia started up and was managing partner in one of the leading specialty recruiting companies in Zurich, Switzerland, before coming to New Zealand in 2002. Her company then prided itself in operating at a highly professional level, grew quickly and was preferred supplier to companies like Credit Suisse, KPMG, Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs to name a few.
