About Usthe rightstaff is a well established Tauranga based recruiting consultancy. Our clients are businesses in Tauranga/Mount, the wider Bay of Plenty and the Waikato region. the rightstaff works with both employers, who are looking to fill vacancies within their organisation and with candidates, who are looking for a (new) job. The aim of the company is to match the right person with the right job. The good reputation and image of the company has been established over the years and a high level of professionalism and integrity is maintained by everyone at all times. Over the last seven years as a coach/consultant to SME, Claudia has worked with teams of clients throughout many different industries and among other things, conducted staff engagement surveys, personal profiling, implemented review processes, designed company and role structure as well as recruited staff. Before that, Claudia started up and was managing partner in one of the leading specialty recruiting companies in Zurich, Switzerland, before coming to New Zealand in 2002. Her company then prided itself in operating at a highly professional level, grew quickly and was preferred supplier to companies like Credit Suisse, KPMG, Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs to name a few. Hannelore Kemme started the rightstaff in 2000, after she moved to New Zealand with Kiwi husband Mark, whom she met during her travels. Hannelore knows from her own past experience as a Managing Director how frustrating and difficult it can be to find the right people, and she regularly draws on these experiences in her search for the right staff for others.Hannelore will stay in the business with Claudia and her team until October to ensure smooth transition and pass on her knowledge. We welcome Patrick Warren to our team! For the past twenty years Patrick has gained extensive experience in HR functions in his previous employment. Finding the right staff are major decisions that must be handled with care and as a consultant Patrick knows the need for the process of employing the next employee to be done smoothly and efficiently with a minimum of stress to our clients. Patricks experience is in Production/Operations and Construction, including sourcing all sub -trades needed for these associated businesses and this knowledge means that he can relate to the many different people he meets in these industries and one of his main strengths are his ability to deal with others in an open and understanding way.
